Pricing A basic Learned dory starts at $9000. The final cost depends on the different options incorporated into the final design. Coloring, fiberglassing, hardware and trailers are not included in the price. We can recommend local artisans who provide these services, but the customer is free to choose. We have found that sticking to what we do best, creating a top-of-the-line wooden boat, will ensure that our customers take home a boat they can be proud of. We also
frequently receive requests for dory boat building plans. However,
because our plans have been handed down through three generations, and
are adapted for each boat, standard plans are not available. |
